1 INTRODUTION
ThisRFTdocumentisissuedtosubcontractthe[DumpTruckRentalService]fortheLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.
1.1 ChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLimited–AbuDhabi(“CPP”)has,issuedthisRequestforTender(“RFT”)toselectedbidders(eacha“Bidder”)inordertoobtainbidsubmissionsinrelationtotheprojectdescribedinbriefinparagraph3belowandinmoredetailinthescopeofworksetoutinAppendix6tothisRFT(“ScopeofWork”).
1.2 FollowingsubmissionoftheBids,CPPmayselectoneBiddertoenterintoalegalagreementwithCPPintheformsetoutinAttachment5tothisRFT(“Agreement”).TheAgreementshalldetailtheScopeofWork,thetermsandconditionsandagreedfeespursuanttowhichCPPmayengagetheselectedBidder(s)toperformallorpartoftheScopeofWork.

3 OVERVIEWOFTHEWORK
3.1 CPPhasbeenawardedbyADNOCGasProcessing(AGP)theLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.TheProjectstartingfromLNGPre-conditioningPlantatHabshan5toHGCPwith56”newsuctionpipelineandanewhighpressure52”dischargepipelinefromNewHGCP(atKP-30,Habshanarea)toRLNGRuwais,withintheEmirateofAbuDhabi.ProjectscopeincludesEngineering,ProcurementConstructionofLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEtoenhancetheexistingfacilitiesofPipelineNetworktosupplyfuturepotentialconsumersatdesiredbatterylimitconditionsandcateringforfuturedemand.

3.2 Scopeofthework:
TheBiddershallsupplytoprovideDumpTruckleasingservicesfortheEPCprojectundertakenbytheCompany.Thescopeofservicesincludes,butisnotlimitedto,theprovisionofDumpTruckasbelow,Iftheequipmentandvehiclesprovidedbythebiddercannotbeconsistentwiththoserequiredwithinthescopeofthetender,thebiddermayalsoprovideequipmentorvehiclesofhighertonnage,orequipmentandvehiclesofdifferentmodelswiththesamepower.

3.3 Thistenderisforestablishingaframeworkshortlistfor DumpTruckleasingservices.Onlythebidderswhoareshortlistedthroughthisprocesswillbeeligibleforsubsequentquotationinvitationsinaccordancewiththequalificationexecutionprinciples（Detailsreferto10.11）
3.4 TheScopeofWorksaretobecompletedwithintimeframeprovidedbyCPP.
4 SUBMISSIONOFBIDDINGDOCUMENTS
4.1 BiddingdocumentsshallbecomposedofTWOparts,TechnicalProposal andCommercialProposal.

4.5 Beforethedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetocheckwhethertheproposalshavebeensuccessfullydeliveredtotheassignedemailaddressbysendingtheemailtotheundersign.
4.6 Before3daysaheadofthedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetopostponethedeadlinefornomorethan7daysintotalincaseofpuzzles/difficultieshappeningtothevendorsforpreparingthebiddingdocuments.
