We, China Petroleum Pipeline Material and Equipment Co.,Ltd, as the authorized tendering agent by Buyer, hereby invite your company, which is already on the Approved Vendor List of ADNOC, to submit a bid for Pigging Tee required for LNG TRANSMISSION PIPELINE PROJECT.

1. Tendering Conditions
The project has implemented relevant procedures according to rules, regulations, and laws .as well as the capital has been confirmed. Now we hereby invite your esteemed company to participate in this bid.
2. Project Overview and Tendering Scope
2.1. Project overview:
Project Name:LNG TRANSMISSION PIPELINE PROJECT
Owner: ADNOC
The following New Gas Pipelines and associated facilities are envisaged to enhance the existing Sales
Gas Network to meet the sales gas requirement of AG customers:
56” Diameter Suction pipeline and associated facilities
1. The new 56” suction pipeline will transport the Pre-Conditioned Gas from LPP to Habshan Gas Compressor station (HGCP). The 56” pipeline shall be routed to HGCP with an approximate length of 26 KM with one block valve station (953-BVS-01).
2. The 56” Pipeline shall be provided with a permanent Scraper Launcher at LPP (LNG-Preconditioning Plant at Habshan 5) and Scraper Receiver at Habshan Gas Compression Plant (HGCP).
52” Diameter Discharge Pipeline and associated facilities
1. The new high pressure 52” pipeline from Habshan Gas Compressor plant discharge to Ruwais LNG (RLNG) CRS shall be provided to supply Pre-Conditioned Gas. The 52” pipeline shall be routed from HGCP to RLNG CRS with an approximate length of 155 KM.
2. The 52” pipeline is provided with Five block valve stations (954-BVS-01~05).
3. The Pipeline shall be provided with Scraper Launcher at HGCP.
4. Battery limit at RLNG CRS will be at the Pipeline isolation joint.
Scope: For the materials to be procured by the present Tendering, please refer to the table below.

Note: The Manufacturer of Coating shall choose from ADNOC AVL and bidder shall support ADNOC register code.

If bidder choose out of this list, the ADNOC register code of coating manufacture shall supply(with screen short) include below produce items:

3. Requirements For Bidder
(1) Bidders shall have the status of an independent legal entity, be independent in legal and financial aspects, operate legally and be independent of the purchaser (procurement implementer), and shall be a manufacturers approved by ADNOC or their local agent in UAE which is also on the vendor list approved by ADNOC. Related Certificate shall be supply.
(2) Bidders are required to provide a valid ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification of the product manufacturer.
(3) Bidders are required to provide Manufacture's performance list of 56'' Class 600 or above and related UN-priced contract
4. Acquisition of Tendering Documents
Time of obtaining the Bidding Documents: AM 9:00 on 25 July, 2025 to PM17:00 on 29 July, 2025 (Abu Dhabi time, the same below).

5. Submission of Bidding Documents
1) First stage
Pre-qualification application documents shall be submitted to ****点击查看@enlinkenergy.com on or before 9:00 AM on 31 July, 2025 (Abu Dhabi Time). Those who passed Pre-Qualification Evaluation will be invited to second stage.
Pre-qualification application documents shall be composed of the Pre-Qualification Criteria Response Form and related documents , and Preliminary Technical Bid (including filled TBE).
The Tenderee shall organize technical clarification meeting between the lead design personnel of the engineering team and the bidders. Upon completion of the clarification process, each bidder shall formally submit their technical and commercial proposals .
2) Second stage
Bidding documents shall be composed of two components, “Formal Technical Bid (including Technical clarification response sheet)” and “Commercial bid”

The project engineering and expert team will first evaluate bidders' technical proposals, with commercial proposals remaining sealed. Only bidders whose technical proposals evaluated as qualified will have their commercial proposals opened for evaluation by the commercial expert team.
The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of designated email ID.
