to build an LNG supply station and pipelines for Phase I production, with provisions for Phase II expansion.
二、 Scope of Work
General Requirements
Construction of the LNG station foundation and substructure.
LNG storage tank and vaporization unit (maximum instantaneous flow rate of 1000 Nm3/h, average flow rate of 500 Nm3/h), with a designed gas supply pressure of 90 kPa.
Installation of natural gas pipelines from the LNG station to the factory: DN150 main pipeline, and DN32 branch pipelines connecting to terminal equipment inside the factory.
Embedded municipal natural gas interface and connection to the plant’s natural gas network, with proper installation of valves and blind flanges.
Based on 24-hour operation, the daily natural gas consumption is 500 × 24 = 12,000 Nm3/d, equivalent to approximately 20 m3/d in liquid form. According to the requirement of 3 days of storage capacity, it is recommended that the LNG station be equipped with two 30 m3 LNG storage tanks, subject to the detailed design by the Contractor.
