Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The main implementation contents of safety appraisal are the analysis of the current situation of the outer high bridge pump gate, the drip lake sea gate and the Luchao River diversion gate, the basic engineering properties of foundation soil and filler soil, and the detection of the effectiveness and integrity of anti-seepage and energy-saving and anti-impermeability facilities; the strength, deformation and durability of concrete structures; the safety of gates and opening and closing machines; etc.

（4）供应商具有水利水电勘测设计乙级及以上资质和水利工程质量检测乙级及以上资质（岩土工程、混凝土工程、金属结构、机械电气和量测）。鉴定承担单位不同时具有相应的设计和检测资质时，可委托具有相应资质的单位承担检测或复核工作。
（5）本项目专门面向中小企业采购。
（6）本项目允许分包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Consortium bidding is not allowed in this project. (4) The supplier has the qualifications of water conservancy and hydropower survey and design Class B and above and the qualifications of water conservancy engineering quality inspection Class B and above (geotechnical engineering, concrete engineering, metal structure, mechanical and electrical and measurement). When the appraisal undertaking unit does not have the corresponding design and inspection qualifications at the same time, it may entrust the unit with the corresponding qualifications to undertake the inspection or review work. (5) This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises. (6) Subcontracting is allowed in this project.
